A New Musical
Confessions Of A Retired Witch
Music Club of Hollywood presents “Confessions of A Retired Witch”, On SUNDAY, JAN 28th at 3:00 pm,  live from Mangrove Hall at Anne Kolb Nature Center 751 Sheridan Street. It is an off-Broadway show written and starring our friends D’Jamin Bartlett who worked with Harold Prince and won a Theater World, Drama Desk, and Show Business Award for her number of “The Miller’s Son” by Stephen Soundheim from “A Little Night Music” (she is on the original recording) Also, on this collaborative work is our very own Mark Bornfield, an Emmy winning composer who is a pianist, studio recording vocalist and trumpet player. He has accompanied Vikki Carr, Robert Morse, Whitney Houston and Jamie Fox. If you recognize his name, Mark is also one of our judges of our annual student auditions for scholarships. This couple has a few more musicals up their sleeve and one to watch for in 2018. Part of the Free Community Concert Series and thanks to the Friends of Anne Kolb Nature Center.
